PE & Sports Premium

PE and Sports Premium is additional government funding provided to improve the provision of physical education and sport in primary schools. The funding helps schools to:

  • Raise the quality of PE teaching

  • Broaden the range of sports and physical activities offered

  • Increase participation in sport and physical activity

  • Embed healthy, active lifestyles

The aim is to ensure all pupils develop physical confidence, competence and enjoyment in being active.

Our Approach

Our Sports Premium supports:

  • Active Lifestyles: Increased opportunities for movement and fitness

We plan for sustainability by investing in staff training and equipment that benefits pupils beyond the current year.
