Pupil Parliament
At Parochial, we believe every child should be heard, respected, and empowered to lead positive change. Our Pupil Parliament enables children in Years 5 and 6 to take on purposeful leadership roles and shape the life of the school.
Members are part of a wider leadership structure across our trust, Forward As One. They represent pupil voice, influence decisions that matter to children in our community, and work together to drive change.
How It Works
Children are appointed to one of six departments, each with a key focus that aligns with trust-wide priorities:
-
Department for Education
-
Department for Environment and Safety
-
Department for Vision, Values and Ethos
-
Department for Rights and Justice
-
Department for Sport, Media and Culture
-
Department for Health and Wellbeing
